Bisha Luxury Boutique Hotel and Condominium brand coming to Blue

The sneak-peak preview of Bisha, a 41-storey property designed by award-winning Wallman Architects took place recently at the Bisha Presentation Centre on Blue Jays Way.



The 332 condominium suites will be located on floors 10 to 39 in sizes from 379 square feet to over 1,600 square feet. The 100 hotel rooms will offer an esthetic comprised of sheer lace, rich leather, etched glass, granite, chrome, marble and solid brass. Residents will have two bars, two restaurants, a 24-hour café, 7,000-square-foot rooftop patio, and an infinity pool overlooking the city.

Unit prices will range from the mid-$300,000’s to over $1.5 million.

Interiors will include nine-foot ceilings, custom cabinetry with granite and/or marble countertops and brand name European-style appliances, stacked washer and dryer, hardwood flooring in principal rooms, ensuites with soaker tub and/or frameless glass shower.

Bisha is the newest private-label hotel and residences brand to originate in Toronto since Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts was introduced in the 1960’s, the company says.
