February condo sales set a record
Condo sales in February 2011 have set a GTA record with a final tally of 2,202 units sold. The numbers surpass the previous record by 202 suites, according to the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD). Click here to find out more.
College Park’s Aura condo is now under construction
Aura condos located in downtown Toronto at Yonge and Gerrard have commenced construction and are bracing for retail tenants in the first half of 2012.
