Record setting price for Four Seasons penthouse
The new Four Season Hotel and Private Residences Toronto West Penthouse has just made Canadian history. The penthouse in the new condo/hotel complex has sold for $28 million to an international buyer. Included in the $28 million penthouse is a separate residence for staff in the adjacent East building. April condo market is record breaking
Condo sales in April heated up, with a record setting 3,249 suites being purchased in the Greater Toronto Area. The Building Industry & Land Development Association (BILD) recently released their April stats, recording an 89 per cent increased compared to April of 2010. To find out more, click here.
ACMO/CCI propose changes to Condominium Act Legislative Brief
