Construction is set to begin in late 2011, with occupancy scheduled for December 2012. Click here to find out more.

Market report for February and March 2011

Toronto Real Estate Board sales for January 2011 were down by 13 per cent from January of 2010, which can either be interpreted as a weakness in the market or being well positioned for the spring market. The RE/MAX sales commentary notes that the downtown condo market in Toronto was only off by two per cent in January 2011 versus that of the same month in 2010. The commentary also notes that the active TREB listings are the same as 2010 but downtown condos are up by 45 per cent. To learn more about the market report, click here.
